La Paz, Boliva is the highest administrative capital of the world at nearly 12,000 feet (3640 m) at city center, and rises to nearly 13,500 feet (4100 m) on the edges. I recently had the pleasure to journey to La Paz for some sightseeing and hashing. If you ever choose to go, make sure to ride the Cable Car mass transit system, and of course, run with the hash.
