Hash History . . . How this glorious sport made it way around the world . .
. taken from the HHH Genealogy, the list published (link below) is a
depiction of the general expansion of the HHH, a list of the FIRST known
hash club in each country, not the longest active hash (specific migration
of each hash club can be viewed in the main HHH Genealogy site). This list
is being published to both inform, but primarily to seek additional
information on any mistakes or additional information that may be floating
around in your personal files. As the review/update of each club has
progressed (and my own personal travels around the world), a multitude of
information has been gathered, but now is the time to cast the net more
widely . . . If you know of a missing hash club, incorrect dates for the
listed club, or have any other updates or additional info, please send to me
at the address above.

One key area of interest is the dates provided. If the day indicated is the
last day of the month, that is most often because we only have a month and
year of the first trail set, so looking for a specific day for the first
trail. If the month and day are "12/31", then we only have a year recorded,
and we seek a specific month and day for the first trail. If you have any
updates for the details provided, please provide supporting documentation.
I am also happy to receive any old historical documents for your hash club
that you would like to offer, please send directly to me at your

The INTERHASH COUNCIL, after careful consideration due to the cancellation
of INTERHASH TRINIDAD, has accepted the GOA Bid (see attached letter) as
INTERHASH 2022.
The dates are 10th November: Red Dress Run and 11th to 13th November :
Interhash Goa 2022
The venue will be in South Goa, exact Location will be announced by 20th
April. This had to be done, as the roads in North Goa are very congested,
under repairs with inordinate delays and transporting hashers to run
locations would be a nightmare. Also the number of hotels (for all budgets)
are closer to each other in South and easily accessible. All the statutory
obligations have been fulfilled and the Payment Gateway details will be
known shortly. All this will be published on our website (including rego
form) as soon as we are ready.

OUTERHASH in Trinidad will be a full week of hashing fun (25 Apr to 2 May),
and is about to happen . . . UPDATED SCHEDULE, some new times, and another
trail added on Monday, 2 May.

Also note that there is one trail per day (except the Old Fart Trail in town
on Saturday 30 April), but there are short, medium, and long options for
each.
You are also welcome to find your own transport to each run site. Read all
the instructions, be prepared to get wet at any time, so bring something to
change into if needed. Above all, this is the hash at its purest form, just
show up and expect almost anything to happen . . . and have a great time.
These are only the organized events of OUTERHASH. There are now several
additional events posted under the EVENTS tab. If you want to organize a
trail for your friends, or members of a special group of hashers . . . Go
For It!! Just be aware of the general COVID requirements, and try not to
make too much of a mess. And above all, be courteous, and THANK YOUR HARES
on each trail you participate on.
