How do I get the API for use

Hello,
I am an Android developer and want to develop an Android app for
gothere.sg.
I am really confused on how to use the api.
Actually i need a .jar file that I can attach to my app through which
I can access this Gothere API.
So please help me out and let me know the steps to use gothere API for
Android development.
