Sam took the knives with no comment and put them in to a tray which slid through a compartment in the corridor wall. He then indicated the green light above them, "that will turn red for a bit while I go through, when it goes green again the three of you can head in. If there's any problem I'll let you know and we'll have to do a quick pat down at the end."

With that he headed through a door and the light turned to red, it took a little over a minute for the light to go green again. Beyond the door the Lycans found a short length of corridor with closed door at its end. The door they'd come through closed behind Lyal and Sam's voice came over the tannoy, "Mr Bailey, can you just lift the chains up and turn round slowly for the scanner, we can't read below them."

Bailey had turned about ninety degrees when the Lycans realised that they could hear air rushing in to the bottom of the corridor, the cloth of their trousers compressing from the onrush and Sams voice came over the speaker once more, "you were right, I do take my security very seriously, especially threats against my employer, it will be easiest for you if you don't fight it." Even as they rushed for the doors the trapped Guardians felt the strength ebbing from their bodies and they drifted in to unconsciousness as they fell to the floor.

Bailey was groggily waking to a persistent banging sound. When things fell into focus he could see somebody  on the far end of the room banging a tin plate with a spoon repeatedly. The person continued a bit longer while Bailey was aware that his friends were also waking up. They were locked in cages, the type some lycans use to secure themselves during full moon. Designed to be almost impossible for lycans to break out off in animal form - they usually had locks that in human form could easily be opened from inside... but these had been welded shut on the inside. They were lycan prisons.

"What's the meaning of dis fool ?" Bailey finally bellowed.
The person stopped banging on the plate and put it down, then he held his hands out, palm down about hip height and lifted into the air, gradually floating closer. "What you can fly ?"
"Fly ? No - levitate. I'm telekinetic - I can move things with my mind, I just learned to move my own body the same way."
The figure landed in front of the cages. "In case you were wondering, I am Morganis, the last son of Merlin."
Morganis took a deep bow, "Hello Callum, long time no see. Sorry it wasn't under better circumstances."

Bailey smashed hard into the bars of the cage, but it was futile, they were designed for just that kind of treatment. "Please calm down Mister Bailey. I am aware that you three are here to kill me. Believe me if I had wanted you dead I had plenty of easy opportunity while you were knocked out. I locked you up instead... why don't you let me tell you why, hopefully, when I'm done - I can unlock you."
"Our friends will come for us sucka."
"I know, in fact Sam is working on cracking your phones now - he'll send them your address when he is done, wouldn't want their rescue mission to get lost now would we."
"What is your game ?"
"The war was not something I enjoyed... it took from me everyone I ever loved. My life after the last night of blood was a blessing. Finally - I too was at peace. So for what possible reason would I want to start a new war ? But I will tell you who does. Somebody whose story is the opposite. Somebody who was a hero during the war- the great peace-fighter, the most respected vampire alive. What is he now ? Yesterday's hero. Forgotten by all but a few former comrades. In this world now, there's no room for the guardians like he ran them - nor for a guardian commander like he was... he had created his own downfall... and he hates it."
"You accusing Jethro ? Jethro wouldn't go bad !"
"Why not Bailey ? You were all too eager to believe it about me. Is it because he wears white and looks stately while I dress in black and look scary ? I know this is a shock - believe me I had real trouble believing it when I first realized it. I was the first one to spot the pattern of assassinations, I brought in an old friend of mine, Sam Newlander to help me go through the data. The kid is a computer wiz, and he has this program that could seriously analyse massive amounts and make pattern predictions. We managed to correctly predict the next target - in Johannesburg, and damn near managed to save the guy - I was just a moment too late. But I caught Jethro Sullivan in the act. That's why there was a cut in the wall from my disk - I was trying to hit Jethro... but the fact that it was him... it made me distraught... I missed. Can you believe that ? A mind-controlled weapon and I missed ! Well I won't miss again.

So there we were then, Jethro now knew I was onto his game. I knew he knew, and I knew who his most likely next target was. What Jethro didn't know was that Sam and I were working together. We believed Meyers to be the next target, so I had Sam take a job as his head of security to keep an eye on him. Jethro must have thought he had a stroke of luck to find another of his old guardians working there. It fitted his plan all too well. After our encounter Jethro must have figured it's only a matter of time before another of the good guys he trained tried to stop him. So he came up with a rather brilliant idea I did not see coming... he got you all in a room - told you I was the killer and sent you after me. What a nice way to get rid of the only obstacle in his way while simultaneously keeping the other potential obstacles occupied fighting the wrong guy. Luckily Sam could think on his feet, when he got the call from Jethro he thought you guys were assassins hired to finish Jethro's work - he called me, and I asked him to take you alive - so I could question you and hopefully get a step ahead of him... I didn't piece together the real plan until I saw who was in the cages. I can believe a lot of things but Callum as an assassin ? Nah... if nothing else, he'd be pathetically bad at it. No offence dude.
So I looked up the identities on Bailey and Lyal... and figured out what Jethro was up to. You gotta admire a mind like that, he is a very formidable enemy... and he has to be stopped. Which brings us to the reason you're all still alive. As I said, I believe you guys were duped. I don't think you're in on Jethro's real agenda. If I'm right... I could use your help stopping him."

Sam Newlander walked up behind him, "I got the phones plugged into the system, the cracking process is pretty much automated but it will take a few hours. How are things going with the prisoners ?"
Morganis looked at him: "Why don't you ask them, my friend, because I'm not yet sure if they are prisoners or not."

"That's pretty much what I said." Morganis replied. There was a hint of sadness in his voice there, as if he still hadn't entirely made peace with what he knew. "I mean, I am guessing at his motives of course, but I am know who I was fighting that night... mind-reader remember."
The vampire in black sighed. "And sending an old brother in arms after me... what happened to Jethro ? I looked up to him... hell he taught me all I know. He taught us all... trouble is, I don't think he taught us everything he knows. He will not be easy to stop. One thing I can assure you off  where-ever you met him, whatever city he recruited you in... he's not there anymore. He wouldn't take the risk of hanging around where you could find him. After all, once I was dead, when another target died anyway - you were bound to figure out somebody else was behind it, and somebody was bound to get suspicious."

With a nod Sam left the bench he'd been sitting on and set up a stool near the cages, each one surrounded by a line of yellow and black hazard tape marking the minimum safe distance, a fourth identical cage sat empty at the end of the row. From his pocket he took a small black slab of plastic which he placed on the stool, activating it he stood back, his eyes taking that slightly unfocussed look again as he accessed the neural link to the box.

A set of virtual screens projected up in to the air, easily visible to the captives in the cages, a three dimensional net image of the globe hung between them. Sam took a swig from a tube of coke before starting,

"OK, here's what we know about the murders," he indicated a stream of data flowing down two of the screens, times, places, people. "We cross reference these together and start to build a timeline," highlight bars start to indicate which data is being referenced, side images flash up, the victims, their associates, Morganis, Jethro, as they are accessed. On the globe spots start to light with different colours. "Morganis already had a lot of data when he came to me, things he'd pieced together but didn't know how to analyse, I managed to call in some favours and add in the teleporter logs for the four main suppliers." The markers for Jethro and the victims start to co-incide, his presence in the cities, CCTV of him walking quickly towards a teleport station in Fortaleza, Brazil, the stills show shots of the crime scenes, already familiar to the Guardians. "That was all pieced together from historic data, but this is after I was fully on the case," the globe spins and tilts to concentrate on South Africa, new coloured dots showing van Rensburg and Sam. "You can see we were closing in on van Rensburg at the same time as Jethro arrives here," a pointer blossoms in to life and starts to flow around, indicating specific areas, "both Morganis and Jethro are in the building here and here as van Rensburg is killed," Jethro's marker is shown almost on top of van Rensburg's, Morganis still a floor below. "His escape route was preplanned, the teleport log shows his exit to Reykjavic which would have given him a full night to move on, and we lost him because of it. The alias he was using cross referenced with Brazil and Mumbai, he probably didn't think anyone would find it."

Sam finished his coke, "need more evidence? Have a think about how he has been, how he's changed, or maybe you lot just don't see it, I guess fifty years is nothing for you."

"Still a tough cookie to swallow fool." said Bailey. "Fucking hell !"
Anger, frustration, an inherent dislike for being trapped and a wish
that the world wasn't as it apparently was combined in him
and angrily he slammed his shoulder against the cage. The cages were
designed for predatory lycans like wolves, not for bulls. There was a
visible bend in the bar he hit as he sagged down, and throbbing pain
from his shoulder that he knew predicted a massive bruise. Oh well,
shapeshifters healed fast.

Morganis looked at the bar. "Well done Mister Bailey, at that rate of
damage, you could break out of the cage in about three hundred years.
Or we can talk like grown-ups, and I can open the lock for you. Your
choice."

Callum's brow furrowed with concentration, going through the images, his jaw set as stone.

"I gonna want a lot more evidence than this. You're talking about a man I have loved and respected for my whole life. You can't just throw me in a cage, show me some stuff you could have cobbled together with photoshop, and expect me to agree to help you bring him down. Let me out of here, give me access to a terminal and Sam can show me the provenance of this lot and I can do some of my own digging."

Morganis looked at Callum for a moment. "Callum, I know you, and I
trust. Okay, I'll make you three a deal. I'll let Callum out- he can
check the evidence himself. In return you other two agree that you
will cooperate once he finds it's true."

He looked intently at the lock of Callum's cage... and then it sprang
open with a distinctive click. "But don't try anything, we may be old
friends... but I also know you were sent to kill me... and I don't die
easily."
To make his point his coat flew open, the silver disk unclipped itself
from his belt and settled horizontally at eye level in front of him,
floating in mid-air. As it started spinning it blurred, and as the
speed increased it started to generate a high-pitched whistling sound.
"I can actually make it pass mach 1 - and the sonic boom is rather
impressive... and cute. So please Callum, check what you need to
check... but don't make me use this, I really don't want to."

Bailey growled from his cage. "Okay, fine, we'll believe you if Callum
says you're on the up-and-up... otherwise... be sure that sooner or
later you will die for this sucka... and make no mistake, either way -
I owe you a fucking nosebleed."
"Making a vampire bleed ? What a waste of food my excessively-retro
friend" said Morganis almost mockingly.

Sam looked less sure of himself than Morganis, but then, he reminded himself, Callum would probably be too slow to get to Morganis if he tried anything. He just hoped Morganis would be able to react quick enough if Callum chose him as a target. He positioned himself with the stool the computer was sat on between them, for what good that would do him, and tried to keep his fears out of his voice,

"Ready as ever." He motioned to the hanging displays, "my implant lets me control this without having to form a keyboard and then map hand movements, so it's quicker, you can ask me for what you want to see. Or I can call up the peripherals and you can run the searches yourself. Your choice."

[OOC Sam has isolated the system he's given Callum access to from the outside world so any attempt to send a message should fail (unless Callum has suddenly become a computer whiz) but equally some of his searches will fail too. Sam is still cracking the phones so hasn't got access to the data Jethro sent the three of them yet. The data that is there shows Jethros movements to co-incide with the murders (either specifically, or through lack of available data to give him an alibi) but don't show Morganis' movements particularly until Jo'burg, where they are potentially as suspect as Jethros, although, not quite.]

"Right," Sam heads off for a minute or so and is rolling a chair with him when he comes back, "we've not had to use the holding cells before, I didn't think they'd need comfortable seating," he explains indicating the basic stools that sit near the side counters round the edge of the room. He checks the computer through his link and a virtual keyboard floats in front of Callum, "it's calibrated itself in to your movements now, it'll pick up eye tracking and hand motion so you should be fully linked in."

Callum raised an eyebrow at Sam.  “I’m not looking to restart anything yer muppet”, then spent a couple of minutes testing the system worked for him. Once he was satisfied that it worked properly he then went through every piece of the data checking its provenance.

“How did you get the CCTV footage?” he asked Sam.

“First batch came from Morganis, I think he’d called in some favours, then I called in some of my own, the stuff around the teleportation booths I got direct from the company records. Oh, and those bits in Tokyo were hacked off of a site that holds live feeds for those reinacting anime lot, apparently there’s a studio just off that road that’s of interest to them.”

Callum plugged away at the data, cross referencing each of the dates. After a while he paused and swore pretty comprehensively under his breath.

“I need outside access, I could take a virtual hammer to your firewall but I’d greatly prefer not to, since a hammer is rather too much of a blunt instrument.  You can track everything I’m doing but I need to get into my sources and I’m going to try and get into Jethro’s stuff. “

He lent back in the chair and flexed his fingers.

“I can give you my assurances to do nothing that’s going to tip Jethro off that I’m doing anything. If this is true and it’s looking disconcertingly likely then I’ll be the first to offer my help. I do not appreciate bein’ played for a fool yer ken?

Sam thought for a moment, then suggested, “I can give you a link to the outside world but you’ll be proxying through my internal link and it’ll be cached in both directions so that I can run monitors on it before letting it get out there, or back to you if I’ve missed something. It’ll slow things down a bit, but it’s the best I’m willing to offer.” He then allowed himself a small smile, “and if this wasn’t my life on the line I might let you take a crack at the firewall, just to see you try. Aside from anything else all the easy routes out are held in check by the cable I physically unplugged when I went to get this chair...”

“That’ll do me as a start. Some other time I’d we happy to give you a demonstration.” He grinned at Sam. “If this wasn’t so damned serious it would be fun.”

He looked around for a moment. “Coffee.... did that get sorted? Whatever you gave us to knock us out has left me with a serious need for some caffeine.”

“Ah, hang on,” Sam left the room again, the link continued to work and Callum could see that his external requests were getting queued and processed. There was a time that would have taken ages but now the only obvious blocks were when Sam’s software spotted something it was unsure about and flagged it for direct attention. About five minutes later Sam returned with a tray “there are staff, of course, I just don’t want to get them involved with this.” He handed one coffee to Callum and put the rest by Morganis indicating he could risk going inside the minimum distance markers for the cages if he wanted.

Callum nursed the coffee as though it was a fine Islay single malt. Every single check that he was performing verified the story than Morganis had given them. He could sense the bile rising with his sense of betrayal and swallowed hard.

He checked and double checked and in some cases triple checked and none of the answers were good. It would seem that Jethro had been in all the right, well in this case all the wrong, places at the wrong times.  Callum ran through the documents and the footage desperately seeking for some alternative explanation, clutching at straws frankly in a hope that there was something he’d missed.

“I need to see if I can get into Jethro’s records, via my old passwords and route into the Guardians stuff. I need to see what his records say was going on at each of these time periods.”

He left the unspoken question hanging

“I don’t know, I’ve had a sniff around and it’s not going to be easy to get in there without tipping him off that someone is looking, or worse. If the timing adds up, and he realises that this gambit didn’t work, we lose a big advantage. How many ways do you need to read ‘guilty’?”

Callum stared off into space for a minute or two, chewing his thumbnail then got up and paced in the small area, ignoring the others.  Then he sat back down again and tried something else, his fingers speeding over the virtual keyboard.  After a few more minutes the result came back and he took a sharp intake of breath, then shoved the chair back, and threw back the last dregs of cold coffee then choked on the liquid.

Callum spluttered and coughed the coffee back up again. assisted by Sam slapping him on the back. When he’d finished coughing his face was red and there were tears in his eyes. He took a packet of tissues from his pocket and blew his nose and wiped his eyes.

“Scuse me.” he coughed again but waved off further assistance. “Looks like it’s true, if it isn’t then someone’s done a hell of a job of planting evidence.”

Morganis wasn't quite ready to do that but he clipped his disk back to the pin mounted on his belt. Then with slow wave of his hand, and his eyes carefully following a mug lifted from the tray, floated through the air and landed in front of Lyall's cage with the barest of clinks. The second soon followed and landed in front of Bailey's cage. Morgan gave Sam a wink.

As he heard that Morganis looked at the cages and with a snap the other two locks opened. "Okay, step on out guys."
Bailey came out. "I still owe you a punch fool."
"Yeah, maybe... tell you what big guy... you guys help us, and if we are still alive when this is over... I'll hold still for it, these guys are all witnesses."
Bailey's eyes narrowed: "Okay sucka, but you be sure... I aint gonna forget." then to Sam: "So now we're not locked up anymore, can we get our mobiles back ?"
"Not just yet, I wasn't just cracking them for data. I'm also checking them for virusses, I suspect Jethro may have planted some sort of tracking software hidden in the files he sent you. "
"You think that's likely ?" Asked Morganis
"Jethro had the resources, and it's what I would do - if the gambit didn't work, it would give him early warning if they came after him."
"So can we disable it ?"
"Not without giving away the game... "
Bailey laughed: "Sucka you both just gotta learn to think a bit more like a cop. We don't disable it. We get new mobiles with the same numbers, we figure out where we're going next, look for another likely city and send them all there by fed-ex. I may not be no computer whiz, but I know how to play the old switcheroo."

Morganis nodded at Bailey, "I like it... I can see why Jethro chose you. Now the only one I don't get is... why the hell did he send the mute kid ?" he asked, pointing at Lyall.

Lyall looked up at Morganis and snarled.
"I'm not mute, I just don't see the point in talking to you when I've nothing to say." Lyall hunched a little defensively, he didn't like watching the others get caged. They had barely begun this journey when it seems that he was unable to help. No one has REALLY told him what to expect, and to be honest, he was wondering if he was even going to be good enough.

He looked suspiciously at the mug in front of him. "What is this?"

[OOC: Sorry for the delays in my posts guys, I was intending to be able to check my emails and join in on my phone during the day, especially during the last couple weeks where I've been pretty busy. So naturally, my phone has died and been sent off for repair, and the one I've been using now, just doesn't cut it, so I've had to wait until I'm near a computer. which sometimes takes a little while. Hopefully, I should have my phone back by the end of this week, and will be able to sort my life out!]

Sam looked over, "coffee, filtered, black no sugar. Most lycans I've come across seem to prefer it that way, something to do with accentuated taste buds or something I believe. If you want something different, there's plenty of choices."

He turns to the others "So, what did you find choke worthy, Callum? Anyone any ideas on what do we do next?"

[OOC: No problem with the delays, life does that sometimes :-)  I was just worried about us moving things along too fast, if you're happy that Lyal is tagging along with the others while he works out his position, and chips in when he feels like it then that works for me. At the moment I'm trying to give reasons for Lyal to get involved (obviously AJ is too) but if that's not so easy at the moment then just let us know when it is and I'm sure we can adapt as we go along.]

Emily woke with a start, there was that horrible feeling of something around her nose. She reached up to wipe it and found a tube, it became apparent very quickly that she was pretty much plugged in to the machines surrounding the bed. "UUUUUUUAAAAAAAH" she screamed pulling every wire and tube she could see out. "oooh christ" Emily murmured sitting up and drawing the covers up around her. ~I don’t like that at all~ she thought. Then it started to come back to her, she was flying then there was an owl, she had tried to get away but he had caught her. In fright she had flown down as fast as she could then shifted to try and scare him off. He’d left her there and then an older bloke…picked her up took her here? The thought struck her that she was in a medical bay and that meant she needed to pay through the nose. “oh shit I don’t have this kind of money” She got up and pushed the machines away running out of the room and starting to pad down the corridor.

"At least *that's* an easy fix," Sam retrieved the coffee mug and with a look to Morganis to be sure he was keeping alert he headed out the door. He'd taken one step outside, still concentrating on the room more than his destination, when a waifish young girl in a medical gown barrelled in to him, he fell to the ground the coffee mug smashing on the service corridor floor, the girl framed in the doorway.

When he was younger, the fall would have been nothing but nowadays it was enough to take the breath out of him, and Sam didn't like the way his shoulder had jarred as he landed. He looked at the girl, the one they'd brought in last night, Lycans healed fast, but she'd been in a bad way. He turned back to the room, "A little help here please?"

Before Sam could reply Bailey reached them, gallantly holding a hand down to help the girl out. "Cracka considering how many Lycans you are asking to help yo ass out of this mess, I would not suggest any more lycan jokes like that fool."

Morganis smiled. "Well generally I reckon the medical community doesn't make much money out of either vampires or lycans. Twenty-four hours you would have been good as new anyway, and Sam knows that. So if you were patched up it was because you probably wouldn't have lived twenty four hours without it. I've heard that theoretically you could kill a supernatural if you wound him so badly that he cannot live long enough for  the natural healing process to recover him. Never had occasion to find out if it's true, but I also reckon Sam wouldn't have wanted to risk it."
"Will you shut the hell up fool ? Can't you see the poor thing is startled and worried ?" Bailey interjected, "now does she owe you guys for medical care or not ?"
Morganis spoke with his usual infuriating calmness: "That was what I was getting to. If she was treated in this infirmary, one thing I know for sure is - nobody will send her a bill."
A light went on in Bailey's eyes: "Because politicians hate bad publicity... in fact, I would bet most of the people who are treated in that infirmary leave here with a nice fat check if they agree to forget it ever happened right ?"

Sam allowed himself to be helped to his feet, massaging at his shoulder as he steadied himself, "thanks Morganis."

He looked at Emma, "I really don't want everyone rushing down here, come through," he motioned to the room, hoping she'd get in before she spotted the cages, "they'll be no charges for the medical treatment, this isn't the NHS, my boss felt it was his duty after the mistake he made." Sam sighed, focussed elsewhere for a moment, and then answered Emily, "I've called for someone to bring you some more substantial clothing than that gown, my employer is very sorry for his mistake, bird lycans are very rare and from my studies lycans from outside of the standard predators equally so," he paused and sat down heavily on a stool by the bench, the tumble had shaken him up more than he liked. "I suppose it's a lot easier to transfer the curse if you are a wolf, or cat as opposed to a rabbit, or whatever song bird you turn in to. It's why there are no weresheep I'm aware of. Out of interest, were you born lycan, or did someone turn you in a lab?"

"Anyway, you were very badly injured by Peter's talons and lost a lot of blood even after transformation. You're obviously well on the way to full health as you're walking about but I wouldn't suggest you leave for at least until dusk returns, I expect you're hungry as well?"

Sam thought for a second, "Oh, and I have no idea who you are, you were rather lacking in identification, or clothes, when we got to you."

Callum had been entirely focused on the computer screens, trying several approaches to try and find out what information he could. He was vaguely aware of something going on by the doorway but since it didn't appear to concern him he let the others get on with it.

Sam held up a hand, "Look, I don't want to sound overly dramatic, but events are building that could lead us back in to a war between Vampires, Lycans and humanity which no-one would win. For the last half a century there has been peace between the three races as a Covenant was upheld that the taking of another life was forbidden, no Vampire or Lycan could turn another without permission, Vampires could only feed on blood willingly given and Lycans who couldn't control their change were responsible for their own restraint during their time outside human form. The Covenant has existed for centuries but was upheld as best it could be until a turning point in 2015. Now the Vampire that was responsible for the peace we've enjoyed for the last five decades seems intent on ruining it for his own enjoyment. Having people along he doesn't expect could be our trump card in stopping him. If he succeeds then who knows how bad it will get." Sam stopped, realising that he'd gone in to lecture mode and there's no way he'd have been that interested as a teenager. Fortunately the trolley had arrived.

"I believe you." Callum took a gulp of coffee. "I've never met a Sparrow shifter before. Can you fly?"

"Well, as I said, my employer was very worried about you, he didn't know there were any domestic bird shifters in the area and it's pretty much impossible to tell." Then more dismissively, "anyway, you'll be fully healed by the end of the day."

"Callum, I'll run some checks on possible targets in Japan, I guess your Vampire associates will be happily tucked up in bed by now so we'll not hear from them until dusk now."

There was a tense moment while they stared at Bailey.. then he burst
out laughing. "It's worse than that, one of our vamp friends is Indian
and I am not only a token black guy, I am also an ex-cop... you guys
realize what this means right suckas ? We're the fucking village
people !"

Callum glanced across at Bailey agast.

"Village People....you can feck off.  I'm not even going to ask which one you think I'd be."

He looks back to Emma.

"They were a boy-band band made up with every gay stereotype.from the 1970s onwards. In the Navy? YMCA?"  He almost involuntarily made the YMCA shapes with his bands in front of him whilst singing the initials under his breath.

"Anyway.... It's complicated. The vamp who is trying to rekindle the war brought us together and sent us to hunt down Morganis" he gestured with a finger in his direction.

"No, I am most definitely not working for him. Everyone else can speak for themselves."

Callum turned back to his coffee and took a long slug

"That's where the bad guy, who used to be the good guy, is," Sam said with a slight smirk at the obviously confused girl, "clearer?"

"There's a powerful Vampire killing off leading figures in the Lycan, Vampire and human worlds for some reason, possibly to leave a power vacuum that will lead to war among the folks looking to fill it. If someone doesn't stop him then it all is likely to go to hell. Personally, I'd prefer we stopped him than leaving it to strangers. I'd like you to come along because he knows all of us and so we're unlikely to surprise him. Having something he doesn't expect could be the edge."

Hey Peeps,

Just to keep you up to date, AJ is doing better but still in a lot of pain and very tired. He will do his best to post now and then when he is able, but most likely will be one liner style until he feels stronger and able to concentrate better to push the story forward again.

My apologies for dragging with the joslin/pandora saga, have been busy with study stuff and didnt organise my time well, and last few days AJ has been my sole focus. Sorry for the frustration, should hopefully have that saga sorted by end of today so we can rejoin all u peeps again and start some ass kicking!

*hugs*

Caryn

Bailey grinned. "I'd say Callum wants you to be our secret weapon rather. Though exactly what use a sparrow for a secret weapon will be I dunno. Still we got the odds stacked against us, Jethro is seriously bad-ass. So every bit helps I 'spose."

Morganis shook his head. Sometimes the things you start had a way of flying out of control. Nobody, not one of them, had thought to check the girl's credentials. Not one of them had wondered if she was trust-worthy... while he had locked his own former friends up for the better part of a day until he could explain things, not trusting them to think before they acted. He pulled Sam aside. "Okay, let her in, but do me a favor and run a background check against her at least. The last thing we need is a spy on this mission." he whispered.

Then he turned to the group. "Very well, we are agreed. As soon as Sam finishes scanning your phones we'll call your friends in and head to Tokyo."
"You coming with us ?" - Bailey asked.
"Yeah, but I'll be staying mostly out of sight until the actual confrontation. Don't want to scare our target off. If it comes to a fight though, no offense guys but Jethro is 300 years old, even with me it will be a hard fight. Without me... I don't think you stand a chance in hell."
"We still gonna have to do the whole talk and convince to the girls too sucka" Bailey fumed, "that Joslin chick spoke like she was practically ready to kneel and worship Jethro... and I don't just mean in the sexy-fun-time way..."

Emily looked at the large man adorned in chains and denim. "You think I'm not hard do you?" Looks him up and down again. "I think I could probably take the man who just used 'sexy fun time' as description for something" She places her hands on her hips playing running her tongue piercing back and forth over her lips.

Pandora jerked a little as she realised where Joslin were. Then she reassured herself that they were both girls and relaxed again.

my reply which should bladdy sort things out! ;)

Joslin's expert fingers soothed all the tension out of Pandora's body, it was as though they had the knowledge of exactly where each and every not lay that was bothering her. The warmth of the water and the magic of Joslin's massage lulled Pandora into a highly relaxed state, one of almost half sleep.

She simply began to react without thinking as Joslin's hands and fingers caressed her. It seemed so natural that as Joslin bent her head to Pandora's neck and began to feed off her, and her hands slid down to Pandora's breasts and began to gently knead them and tease the nipples, that she should arch back against the body behind her to allow for better access and to sigh in pleasure and reach one arm up to cup the head of the being drinking from her so gently and erotically.

Joslin lifted her head from Pandora's neck, and turned Pandora's face towards her, so that she could kiss her, deliberately leaving Pandora's blood on her lips, fang and tongue, so that as she slid her tongue into Pandora's warm mouth she would thrill with the taste of her own blood. Joslin kissed her deeply, passionately, encouraging Pandora to respond in kind, keeping up the constant and pleasurable assault on Pandora's senses so that her mind would not clear and she would respond to the pleasure in a purely instinctive way.

One hand continued to tantalize Pandora's breasts, the other began to make it's way slowly down Pandora's pale white stomach and towards the inviting space between her legs. Pandora let out a large gasp of excitement, nearly jumping right up, as Joslin's knowing fingers found her clit, already swollen and throbbing with arousal. As Joslin began to stimulate her clit even further, Pandora simply couldn't contain herself from moaning out loudly and ravenously sinking her own fangs into Joslin's neck, her mind cloudy with pleasure as the need for climax grew and grew, becoming the sole thought her mind was able to hold onto.

As Pandora's body finally began to spasm in orgasmic release, she stopped drawing on Joslin's neck, drawing Joslin's face back to her own so she could kiss her as she moaned out her release, before slumping sleepily against Joslin's shoulder.

Joslin couldn't stop herself from smiling broadly. She easily picked Pandora up, and cradling her gently against her shoulder, she easily carried her over to her bed and tucked her in under the warm covers. Then she traced her steps back to the bathroom to clean everything up before heading back to the bed Pandora was sound asleep in, climbed in beside her, and allowed herself to drift off to sleep as well.
