"Are you flirting with me girly ?" Bailey asked... "I pity the fool
who does..." he was cut off by a sudden and shrill shrieking bleat
coming from the other side of the room. Three times, loudly.
"Seems your computer is trying to get your attention Sam" - Morganis said.

OOC: That would be the alarm to let Sam know that the scan is
completed. Lets say it found a hidden tracking program on one of the
phones. When it's done, one of you may feel free to phone the girls.
Callum may be well suited to that.

Sam looks across at Morganis, "sorry, it's nagging me because I'm ignoring the message" he ignores the talking and and focuses on the middle distance for a moment as he accesses his link, "that's the phone's cracked and downloaded, looks like there's something hidden there, I'll be back in a moment."

He is back in the room after a couple of minutes holding the phones, he raises Lyal's, "this one has a tracking program hidden in among the data send from Jethro, I'd have missed it if the system hadn't been set to checksum across the three phones to confirm they were all sent the same data packet, it's well disguised. It seems to be tied in to the transmit and positioning systems so it'll know where it is and what has been communicated through it. Thankfully we've not transmitted anything from them that will give us away, unless just not sending something for this long is enough to raise an eyebrow of course. It'll show that they've been sat here for most of the day, but then he's kind of expecting that so it should be fine." Sam puts the offending phone down on the desk and places the other two by the drinks, "don't know whose these are, but you're free to have them back. I suggest you're careful with what you tell the others in case they have the same software set on their phones. I won't know until I've swept them."

He turns to Emily, "I've started a check on you, it's hit up some minor criminal activity, shop lifting, ABH, that sort of thing, but nothing so far that suggests you can't be trusted. I'll know for sure in a couple of hours when the deep stuff has finished running."

"Yep, real tough" Bailey smirked, "and apparently your granddad was a
man of impeccable taste." with that he turned to Callum, "I'm just
having some fun with the chicky. How about you call the bloodsuckas
over so we can get going ? Tokyo awaits."

Sam smiled, "they're coming, should be here soon." A brief check on his uplink, "your record seems clean enough, as long as you can keep your fists off of Bailey here, I think we can trust you."

"Yeah, that ones fine. My worry is what's on there's, I'd be careful what you tell them, if he got deeper in to either of their phones than he did that one," Sam motions to Lyal's phone again, "then who knows what he could pick up from them."

Morganis turned to Callum. "I would suggest you just tell them where
you are and ask them to come meet you, tell them it's urgent but don't
give any other details over the phone. Right now, that's just too
risky, you can tell them in person when you see them."

Sam thinks for a moment, "you took some convincing that we were right, are these others going to believe you when you tell them? How well do you know them and how well do they know Jethro?"

"Not really at all, we need to collate the evidence into something they can read and inwardly digest once they get here. I agree less said on the phone the better."

Callum reached across to collect his phone from Sam, unlocked it with a thumb print, and dialled the number

Just at that moment Bailey's phone shouted out its shrill ring, and the security line in the office started competing for attention too. Clearly the women had arrived.

As Sam went to unlock the doors and let the women in Morganis called
out: "You all need to see this, bring them round here please Sam" from
the other side of the room. As the people clustered around him
Morganis turned up the sound on the image he was watching, it was a
projection of a live news report.

On the screen a lanky man in his mid-fourties was standing at a
podium, giving a speech in rapid-fire almost barked Spanish with his
right fist raised into the air. The crowd around him was cheering and
howling at each sentence end. The subtitles at the bottom of the
screen translated the speech: "...and still the police tell us they
have no leads. It was a brutal and senseless murder -of one of us who
had been at the forefront of extending the hand of peace to the humans
and the vampires. This is the reward we get for our kindness ! Their
failure to bring the perpetrators to justice is just more proof of the
continuining discrimination against Lycan's in our society. There must
be justice, or we will seek it ourselves !"

The scene cut to a reporter standing on a street littered with
destruction: "That was Roberto Chavez speaking earlier today at the
funeral Juan De Franco, the former mayor of Buenos Ayres who was
brutally murdered earlier this week. As the first Lycan mayor of the
city De Franco was a popular leader among the city's growing lycan
community and his death sparked great outrage. After the funeral the
procession rushed into the streets in anger."
The scene cut to earlier footage as the reporter kept speaking, it
showed lycans, many fully shifted rushing through the central streets
in a raging mob destroying store-fronts and causing other damage.
"Protests soon turned violent and several police officers were injured
trying to contain the crowd. One civilian, whom we believe to have
been an elderly human woman died after being trampled by the angry
crowd."

Morganis turned down the sound. "It has begun, now the humans will be
enraged at an old lady being stomped to death by out of control
'animals', the Lycans will likely try to exact vengeance on vampires
-Buenos Ayres is on the verge of collapsing into full-scale violence.
If it does the other regions will follow... angry protests will turn
into civil wars, which will turn into a world war. It was bad when the
races warred in secret... imagine the destruction if they war in the
streets ? We have to stop this - now, and the only thing that will do
that is to get Jethro and bring him to public justice. It's no longer
good enough to just kill him, we have to catch him, and let the
politicians fight about which country gets to give him a trial first -
but he has to be caught. Soon... if this turns into a massively
publicized courtroom drama then the attention will shift there, all
will want to see him pay - and they won't be foccused on hurting each
other. At least, that's what I'm hoping for... but if we don't get him
soon, it will be too late. And if he gets any more murders done, it
will only get more difficult. Get your friends up to speed and get
going, Tokyo awaits. I am heading to Berlin, I need to catch up with
an old friend who may be able to help us. "

Sam stood behind the women, acutely aware that at the moment they'd entered the room they still considered Morganis the enemy and Jethro their benefactor, still, he couldn't help but be transfixed by the scenes of destruction on the screen. "Right, you've seen what the Lycan's have done to Buenos Aires, as Morganis said, get your friends on board, we've a transporter to catch." He looked across to Emily, "you're stuff has arrived from the locker, I had my people check it through and once they got your size they've picked up some clean stuff in a similar style. It's next door when you're ready."

*Emily couldn't help but smile and squee a little internally. She briskly walked next door and found the bag. She pulled through the bag and grinned..~Some of this stuff is really nice.~ having never been very well off it was nice to see some stuff in her style that wasn't D.I.Y. She picked out an ensemble black leggings, a red tank top, her leather jacket and her trusty boots. She ruffled her hair shouldering the bag and moving back next door. "So we are going to Tokyo?...awesome." a grin spread across her face.
