Tools for Reproducible Research! Learn how to work reproducibly in your research projects using tools such as:
  • Git
  • Conda
  • containers
  • Snakemake/Nextflow and more! 
The course focuses on giving you hands-on experience through practical tutorials and short lectures. This time we'll run the course as a hybrid with on-site participation in either Stockholm or Lund.
