Error launching GYB: "Error loading Python DLL"

Hi guys,

I tried using GYB for the first time just now, and it error-ed and crashed on me right away. Attached is the error message I got. Additionally, in the command prompt window it said the following:

Error loading Python DLL: C:\Users\[...]\AppData\Local\Temp\_MEI51322\python35.dll <error code 127>

Help?
