Hi,
What should I do in this case?
I have many cases where, when I'm trying to backup and recover, it's showing this:

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "gyb.py", line 2817, in <module>
  File "gyb.py", line 2254, in main
  File "gyb.py", line 1990, in convert_timestamp
  File "_strptime.py", line 555, in _strptime_datetime
  File "_strptime.py", line 336, in _strptime
ValueError: unconverted data remains: .371000

I'm running this:
  gyb --email $secondaryaccountr --service-account --local-folder "$BackupFolderPath\$secondaryaccount"  --search before:2010/12/31
  gyb --email $newemailaddress --service-account --action restore --local-folder "$BackupFolderPath\$secondaryaccount" --label-restored "$secondaryaccount"
}

Any suggestions?
Thank you

Install an older version of GYB --> https://github.com/GAM-team/got-your-back/releases

I had the same error(s) and installing v. 1.74 allowed me to proceed with the restore.

Fyi, I'm still waiting for someone with this error to share a sample backup or mbox file that reproduces the error so I can take.a look.

Hi Jay, sorry for not replying earlier. I'm afraid the emails contain sensitive data so I wouldn't be comfortable sharing the file, sorry. I was planning on trying to restore the mbox file to see if that worked but then my gyb install stopped working, possibly after a windows update. I wonder If you can help me with that, or I can start a new thread?

OS is windows 11, GYB installed on external drive, when trying to run gyb commands I have previously used fine I get the error below.

gyb : The term 'gyb' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or operable program. Check the
spelling of the name, or if a path was included, verify that the path is correct and try again.
At line:1 char:1
+ gyb
+ ~~~
    + CategoryInfo          : ObjectNotFound: (gyb:String) [], CommandNotFoundException
    + FullyQualifiedErrorId : CommandNotFoundException

Also when I open the msi installer I get the option to either repair or remove, but when I select either I get to the "Welcome to the Got Your Back Setup Wizard" but clicking the "next" button doesn't do anything.

Do you know what the issue could be. Or do you know how to uninstall GYB so I can install it again?

Thanks for your help.
Jordan

@jay,
can you send me a private email so that I can send you an email with the error? I will try to find 1 .eml with the error that I can share with you.

Ok.
Do you have an way where I can filter the before and after?
like using the --search before:2013/06/01?
I need that to see where is the problem.

tks.
