Ahh sure; I tried an restore based on an gyb backup and I'm not sure if the restore is done or just one email has an exotic header. 
Also tried --cleanup but it still prints the error.

The with indicates the bcc header is unusually huge and Gmail is rejecting it.

Try opening the bad message in a text editor. First off, is it something of value to you even worth the bother? If so you can try modifying / deleting that bcc header so it's not problematic. Save the file and then try rerunning gyb.

sounds good but how to I find the affected message, gyb seem not to prints this information....
