Hi, @Jay Lee:

WOW!  I LOVE GYB, it's been a lifesaver lately; thanks!!

Soo ... it happens that there are some messages too big to restore, right?  I have two observations that you might like to consider:
  1. GYB's 'giving up' message appears to be only for the offending message (because we see it multiple times), but there's no success message anywhere.  Point is, when it 'gave up' on one-and-only one message, I had no idea that the restore had actually completed successfully beyond the omission of this one message.
    • IDEA: Maybe just add a summarizing closure message as output for user
e.g. 'Successfully restored 3704 of 3707 messages. Skipped three oversized attachments.'
  2. GYB does tell me which issue failed in the restore to group process (e.g., 128 of 3707) and it does tell me the timestamp of the message .. and that 's a great start.  Unfortunately, to be done with this task, I still need some type of output I can use to remediate the situation.  I'm thinking of logging in as the original account, filtering by emails with attachments, looking for the date, and then validating that the size is large.  Then I'll just forward the message to the group and they'll have all the messages and the oversized attachments.
    • IDEA: Any chance the system could identify those messages and attachments in the backup (by filename) so I can simply email them to the group and complete the restore?
Thanks again for all of your amazing work on this tool.  It's really fantastic.

Regards,
Josh

I take back idea #2 ... the folder structure made it easy to find the offending message and email it to the group.  Thanks.
