It sounds like you want GYB to use service account authentication but you didn't include the  --service-account argument on all your commands. Without that argument GYB is going to assume you want to use regular user auth and ask what actions you want to allow.

Running into an issue with being able to execute commands on new GYB Installations

Running the command: gyb --email us...@domain.com.au --local-folder "C:\GYBBACKUPS\username"

Throws the error:

Setup went without issue, verified that the api's were a "Pass" on the second run after confirming admin acting on behalf of user

Not sure were going wrong
