GYB 0.29 - cannot restore from Google Takeout MBOX

I get an error when trying to restore a Google Takeout MBOX. The command line and errors are shown below... any help much appreciated!

Please note that the original email had nested labels, with spaces. From what I've seen elsewhere, that may be relevant.
