Is there a way to set the Disable Key Creation policy only for the GYB project?

Before I start a GYB project in a new Google Workspace I usually have to override the Disable Key Creation policy for the entire organization.  It seems to me that it might be better to only disable this policy for they GYB project and not the entire organization, but I do not see how that is possible.  When I run the --action create-project I believe GYB always creates a new project.  So I do not see how I can go back to the initial project created when the script fails and tells me I need to update the disable key creation policy.

Is it possible to specify the project ID or is there some other option I am not aware of for restarting the project creation action?

I understand how to disable the policy at the organization level, it just seems like overkill.

Thank you.
