install instructions not right.

I'm trying to set up the gws service account, and the setup doesn't match the instructions.

1. 
   Go to the Google Developers Console

2. Select Yes and click "Agree and continue". It will take a moment for the project to be created.

   [Had to sign up and give them a CC no. first.  next few steps are fine.]

3. Click "Go to credentials"

4. Click "New credentials" and choose "Service account key".

5. Click "Select..." and choose "New service account".

6. Give your service account a name like "GYB Service account".

7. Keep JSON as key type. Click "Create".  

   [THIS CHOICE DOESn'T EXIST]

8. Agree to create the service account without a role.

9. Open the file in a text editor and look for the line showing something like:

   [OPEN WHAT FILE? THERE ISN'T A FILE]

   "client_id": "107634805914295539364",

   in this example, 107634805914295539364 is your Client ID. Remember this value for later steps.

10. Your browser will download a .json file. Save the file with a name of oauth2service.json and put it in the same folder as gyb.py or gyb.exe.

    [I just got an email address, not a json file.   I'm totally lost at this point]

11. You have to give it a name, eg "GYB", and Save.

    [You mean rename the json file, when I finally get it??
