Uploading Backup to Group

Hey I get the following error for every message that GYB tries to upload:

403: Insufficient Permission - insufficientPermissions
 - Giving up.

This is the command I used:

gyb --email group@domain --action restore-group --local-folder "pathtobackup" --use-admin myu...@domain.com

should be something like this

gyb --email $DestinationEmailAddress --action restore-group --local-folder $RestoreFolder --service-account --use-admin $GoogleSuperAdmin
