connect fail: (api.github.com, 443)

Hello, Jay and All,

I updated to v1.70, tho' I haven't run gyb in a while.

I can't run gyb without an error, even to check the --version.

With --debug, the trackback adds "connect fail: (api.github.com, 443)"

Any ideas? Suggestions?

Aha! Little Snitch caught the update as a modification and blocked all access. Fixed.
