What I normally do is backup to a server then restore to group.
My question is if I need to refresh data in the group. What will happen ?
I am starting a backup early, doing the restore to group early then later doing it a 2nd time so nothing is missed.

What I've noticed is that GYB tracks the emails it downloads, and which ones it's uploaded.
I was able to do multiple backups & restores between the same source/destination without duplication.
