Hi Andrea,
A quick note to let you know that the project is moving along as scheduled and the full closure currently in place on 15th Street will be lifted next week. Beginning December 24th, south-bound traffic will again be allowed on 15th Street, with north-bound traffic directed to 14th.
Would love your assistance with sharing this news with the Goss-Grove neighborhood!

In order to lessen the construction timeframe for the ongoing 15th Street Bridge Project, 15th Street between Arapahoe and Canyon will be fully closed from November 30 – December 23. The closure schedule is weather-dependent. All vehicle and bicyclist traffic will be detoured to 14th Street and onsite construction flaggers will direct roadway users.
This project will replace the existing 15th Street Bridge, extending the east-west multi-use path connection, as outlined in the 2019 Transportation Master Plan. The sidewalk on the east side of 15th Street will also be widened. You can read more on the 15th Street Bridge Reconstruction Project webpage, and the latest construction impacts will be posted in www.BoulderConeZones.net.
Please feel free to reach out to myself and the project manager Bobby Redd (cc’ed here) with questions. I will be out of the office Nov 23 – 30. Bobby will be on-site most weekdays during construction.
