I have not been able to program or debug the STM32F103T4. I cancorrectly detect the part with the "Cortex-M Target driver setup" butwhen I go to connect for programming, I get the following error :"Cannot Access Memory", but only the first time , every time afterthat, I get "Cannot enter debug mode". If I cycle the power on myboard, the above error sequence repeats itself.

I solved the problem which was mine fault. The problem vas withsignal nJTRST which I connect to ULINK RESET. But nJTRST is notsistem reset but JTAG reset so ULINK couldn't reset the CORTEX
Problem can be solved width SYSRESETREQ option in "Target driversetup" This is software sistem reset thrue JTAG command.

I powered up the board, plugged in the debugger to the board and its USB to my computer. I was waiting to install the drivers, which it never asked. Then found out that it uses USB HID, hence no driver installation required.Now, with the few settings on the Software I should be ready to go.
