The song is at the very least 3 years old (probably more), and has trumpet in the pre-drop and/or during the drop and in other parts of the song as well. Right before the drop, a man with a fairly deep voice, (possibly Jamaican), says a few words that are either not English or just very hard to make out, then the drop commences. And if it helps, (which it probably wont), the trumpets go: do do da do do da do do do dooooo, dodo do doooo.
The lyrics also mention the sound of trumpets, which could be interpreted as the sensation of sexual pleasure that the protagonist experiences when he is with the woman. The trumpets could also symbolize the excitement of being with the woman and the adrenaline rush of the moment. The lyrics indicate that the protagonist sees the woman as an object of desire, and he wants to be with her to obtain physical pleasure and fulfillment.
