You are invited to attend the Grand Opening of the 9th Street bike path, at 11 a.m., Friday, Nov. 1 at Water Tower Park, 527 East Jackson. At 11 a.m., there will be a brief ceremony with remarks by the mayor and other city officials connected with the project. Then there will be a bike ride from the park to College Avenue and back.
