Millrace canal right of way

Here to announce a positive outcome for celebration. The intersection of the Millrace canal and Waverly avenue has been restored with the right of way on the trail. No stop signs exist on the MIllrace canal between the Goshen Dam and the Powerhouse at Washington street. This is a very long trail stretch without stopping. Waverly street has stop signs and newly added "cross traffic does not stop" enhancement signs below the stop signs.This is very special to have a non-vehicle route with right of way over a car centric road.

Let's recognize this momentous achievement. Everyone is invited ride the full length with a new biking, running, or walking friend this next week and increase awareness of this gem of a route.
