to Goshen for Civil Rights
The voices of hate and fear are loud. City council people (especially
Chic and Everett) have been inundated with negative calls and emails,
many from outside of Goshen. We need to show strong support now,
before tomorrow's meeting and final vote on the civil rights
amendment.
How we can win:
NOW: Call Chic Lantz (533-0160) and Everett Thomas (533-6143) even if
you already have and thank them for their courage in standing up to
the hate and discrimination against all Goshen's residents, including
some of the most vulnerable among us, those who are transgender.
TOMORROW: Come to the meeting Tues Sept 1 at 7 pm at Goshen High
School auditorium. Come a bit early -- we need to pack the auditorium
with supporters.
