GoshawkDB 0.2 released

I'm delighted to announce the release of GoshawkDB 0.2.

It's been a long time coming and has taken longer than I'd hoped but it
is finally here. The headline feature is that changing the cluster
configuration is now supported, and doesn't require stopping and
starting the cluster.
