Most respected Sir,
We residents of GANGA ORCHARD (Mundhwa, Pingale Vasti) were at one point of time happy residents of the prestigious project of Goel Ganga, Pune. But, we have to regretfully bring to your kind notice that, since Pune Municipal Corporation has taken the possession of E-1 Building, as per the condition of Commencement Certificate who has subsequently allotted these 108 tenements to their employees and other outsiders who have really become nuisance to us. They are most uncivilised and ill-behaved people creating all sorts of dirty business and misbehave in their balconies which are just 10’ (10 feet) away from our balconies. They live out of their exposed balconies, beat their spouses till they bleed, take naked bath in balconies, WATCH PORN in the open, cut chickens, tie stray dogs in the balconies, throw left overs and garbage in our area.
We are currently jailed in our own houses! Ever since the possession has been given to these people, we have not been able to even sit in our balconies for past 3 years!!!!!!! We had earlier also complained to ward office and our local Corporator. In fact our corporater Mr. Bandu Gaikwad has also visited our premises and is aware of the issue!
PLEASE NOTE IT IS BECOMING INCREASINGLY DIFFICULT FOR US TO LIVE IN THESE CONDITIONS! It is only Pune Municipal Corporation who can control this situation and give us some relief.
We have been told by GOEL GANGA that a wall can be constructed as a partition between our D1 building and E1 building, but it can only happen if PMC gives them permission. We seek your kind approval in this matter!
Due to this intolerable nuisance our life has become miserable. It is also impacting our hygiene and has a negative effect on our growing children. We have really lost inner peace, the beauty of our lives and the serenity of our residence and surroundings. We have lost our patience and are compelled to write to you. We expect appropriate solution to reinforce our faith in the system.
To our knowledge these tenements were to be occupied by MHADA but, finally Pune Municipal Corporation took possession and to our surprise we are living under constant nuisance .
Your honour is therefore requested to kindly look into our problem and give us justice! Now, our society is handed over by builder and we are running it independently. In fact, because of such problem our society is going through severe hardship and have been facing mental agony and losing our market value of our property.
Your prompt and justified action in this regards will be highly appreciated and we shall be obliged if our Managing Committee is given an opportunity for personal meeting with your good self at the earliest convenience.

We have been following up on this nuisance that is created by the occupants of the building above the shopping complex from a very long time. We have been going through lot of inconvninence due to these residents and are unable to have a peaceful living in our houses. Few of the major causes for stress are
· Obscene behavior from the residents of the said premises. This has led to a situation that we are not able to get into our balcony or have our curtains open.
· Regular brawls happening between the residents where they use abusive language and loud noises. These specially during late nights disturbs the peace of our complex and also is affecting our children
· Use of balcony by these residents for toilets and bath which is again obscene. We are not able to open our curtains or step into the balconies and are deprived of Sunlight and fresh air.
· Cruel behavior by the residents in terms of slaughtering animals and physical fights in open. This is not something we want our families to be exposed to.
We request you to please take immediate action and do something that will ensure that our buildings are isolated through a partition wall that blocks any view of their life to us and our family.
Please note that we are kind of jailed in our own houses due to this nuisance and need you to act to give us our life.

Respected Authorities in GOEL GANGA and PMC….
We residents of GANGA ORCHARD have only one request, kindly construct a wall between their building and the severely affected D1 building. If the view is covered, we won’t have to face any nuisance. What you do with their building is not our look-out and we have no problem with who stays there.
Please consider this request of construction of wall at the earliest!

Our corporator for Mundhwa, Pingale Vasti is Mr. Bandu Gaikwad. Kindly help us out as we are really in big trouble! We cannot go out in our own balconies and the nuisance is increasing by every minute! Attached letter says it all, however now things have worsened. The people staying in the said building have been seen watching Porn movies in the open, tying stray dogs/cats in the balconies, having bath in the balconies and even beating up their spouses in the open.
Please help us out as it is becoming increasingly difficult for us to live in our very own houses!

Builder was kind enough to cover and enclose the area upto 20’ (20 feet) but, it was not possible to cover entire area due to height of the building which is upto 6 floors.
