According to the notice from the society we have to summit the representative name before 26th Sep for election purpose...............

 

Let us meet for the same on Saturday 24th Sep at 9pm in D-1 lobby. If you have some prior commitment then we can change the timing.............but pls don’t ignore it. It’s urgent & imp.............

Dear all,

the meeting for D1 building held at 11:00 AM to nominate the D1 representative. Following persons were present

 

        1. Ms Shashi Thakkar

        2. Vikas Atri

       3. Srikanta Mishra

        4. Ramakant Behera

        5. Mr Ajay Jadia

        6. Mr. sunil Sanglikar

        7. Mr. Ravi Rawat

 

Mr. Manish & Mr. Manthalkar could not make it due to personal problem and Mr./Mrs Choudhury & Mr/Mrs Sachdeva are out of city.

 

After the discussion, Ms Shashi Thakkar was proposed to be the representative of D1 building (by Mr. Vikas Atri) and supported by Mr. Ajay Jadia.

 

The selection of Ms Shashi Thakkar was also accepted by all 1. Srikanta Mishra, 2. Ramakant Behera, 3. Mr. Sanglikar. 4. Mr. Ravi Rawat

 

A signoff will be taken in physical paper from those availale in the society. Those are away from the society can give their signoff on mail.

 

A copy of the nomination form is attached herewith for your reference.
