So, I do not know of a software that has such a feature. Especially if the presentation has a voiceover narration over it, this will be hard to match up the animations automatically with software.
An alternative way would be to recreate the PowerPoint presentation within a whiteboard software, such as Doodly. You could export any voiceover from the presentation and import it into the whiteboard software and use this for your timings.
