WARRANTY

Warranty is lost if:
You do not lose the warranty if you have opened the product to have a look at the inside. We can see if a product has been opened, which is ok. But you are not allowed to modify or repair the pedal if you want it to be covered by warranty.
If the goods are declared as \u201Cused\u201D, any drop in resale price, caused by the used condition, must be assesed in each case. If the resale value is determined to be less than the initial price, the customer must cover this loss and not receive a full refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
