Hi,
As we have discussed in June there are two major goals for 2010 we
wanted to aim.
1. Create the team capable to win at different leagues and tournaments
2. Present the team as a role model and let community become aware of
you and be proud of your achievements.
You did great! And we are happy to support you as much as we can. We
do as we planned. You are getting scores and crushing your opponents.
We organize games, publish articles, creating and maintaining
websites.
Now we are up to the "crescendo", the main project set for the end of
2010. It will make our next year even more successful.
We are planning to issue 3,000 poster calendars 19"x13" and distribute
them as a free gifts to our community members via Russian grocery
stores and other businesses. The almost final draft o this calendar
has been placed here -

Please check it out.
What steps are to be taken to make this calendar?
We need to collect funds to cover printer expenses. We DO NOT plan to
collect it from you or us. We want the community stand up and show
their support, vote with dollar. That would show that we are
recognized and welcomed.
How would we do that?
As you can see the team calendar has space for our supporters to
advertise their info. Russian soccer team calendar is a good venue for
advertisement. 3000 calendars will be hanging during the whole year in
business offices, stores, private homes, it will be proudly placed on
walls by our fans, friends, relatives and other members of the
community.
Who can advertise?
We offer name of the business and phone number (one or two lines) for
one time fee of $50
We have to select 25 businesses we will be accepting support from (not
every and/or any business is eligible - only the best!) We also plan
to support those businesses who were opened to us, valued us and
recognized this project as important for them and for the entire
community.
For example, today we have visited 3 Russian grocery stores - Black
Sea , Solomon Deli and Elite Deli.
Black Sea owner said that he loves our team, that he reads every
article and follows our scores, that he supports us and would love to
be listed at our calendar. He said he is pleased to see many of our
players at his store and proud of your team. - Sure we will be happy
to visit his store "Черное Море" and shop there time to time.
Solomon Deli was also very opened to this idea, he also paid for his
line to express his support and admiration to your achievement.
But Elite Deli has not recognized the importance of our project yet.
Advertising with our team and supporting us, - he said, - is a
waisting money. It is OK. We will keep his opinion in mind.
Another example - Joe's Salon and Barber Shop was proud to pay for
their advertisement in our team calendar and Tax specialist and CPA
Natalia Korobkova not only placed her own ad but also called in a few
more Russian and even American businesses.
I'd like to thank her for great help. And we continue to build the
list of real supporters of our team till the end of November. Than we
will send it to press.
FINALLY! WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
1. The most important thing we need from you is - please look at the
calendar's draft to make sure it is OK with you - no mistakes in your
names, no any other errors etc. If you have any suggestions please
contact me immediately to make all corrections needed.
2. We have only 25 spots for advertisement. We know that the number of
businesses who would like to advertise themselves in this calendar is
larger than 25 but we cannot sell space to all of them. So, if you
know any business owned by your friends, employers or relatives, who
would benefit from advertising at your poster-calendar, please let us
know ASAP so we could contact them and offer them the space. Those who
were recommended by you should have the highest priority. Just inform
us in timely manner as we expect to be out of room almost by the end
of this week.
Thanks again for being the best people and real heroes and
congratulation with your first memorable calendar for the year 2011.
Any questions? Ring the bell.
