We've filed articles of incorporation!

Monday, January 25th, we signed Articles of Incorporation. These will
be sent off to the Secretary of State on Wednesday (the 27th).
The articles as filed designate the following officers, who are the
official steering committee:
President Margie Fickett, Treasurer Soren Bryan-Askay, Secretary Lori
Loranger
Many thanks to Soren for stepping up to fill the role of interim
Treasurer!
Incorporating will allow us to move forward and build some real
momentum for this project.
Although the officers must confirm decisions, I still think of
everyone here at this group as the decision making body. I encourage
all of you to throw your two cents in whenever you have a question, an
idea, or an opinion.
This is a community effort, and we are all part of this community.
The wider participation we get, the better.
