Please help testing new certificate

Hi,

I generated a new CA certificate for goproxy.

I'm not a CA expert, can you please test that, it's a new commit at master, and see if you have problems?

In an ideal world I'd invest more time to test it, alas, I cannot afford it at the moment, and it is better than having so many people waiting for this issue to be fixed.
