unable to log into Pro account

Puchased a new computer after my old one broke down. Reinstalled GoPlay editor and tried to log into my Pro account but continuously get the same error notification.

*This Pro account can not login on this device while it had already binded two other devices*

Now I log out after every use of GoPlay, I don't x out, so I know my account was not kept logged on. I also cannot log in using the previous device as it is literally in the trash since it no longer works.

How do I get access to the account I paid for?
