Screen recorder not recording screen area or full screen but does record sound

Hello,

I started the software up today to use Screen recorder but I can not capture anything in the recording screen area or full screen I just get a black screen but it does record sound.

Any ideas, could you help me out please.

Hi, do you record screnn or record webcam? If you record webcam, do you have a camera for your PC? Thank you.
