black screen recording

can't get GoPlay to record anything other than a black screen. Audio does record. Dell XPS 15 Windows 10, dual external monitors... ran as administrator, nothing changed. unplugged my monitors, ran just on my laptop - blank/black video recording... tried full screen and Area, no difference...
thoughts?

Hello, do you record webcam or record screen? If you record webcam, do you have a camera for your PC? Thank you.
