Since 2 days i can't use Goplay because it needs to be updated but the update won't work and fail during downloading, even if I choose to not update, the software don't launch and I can't use it...
The message is "During Download update, due to Network error, failed to connect server"
I tried many times, even with my firewall disactivated. All is ok with other softwares and internet...
It is not the first time it happens, if you have server problems, the better way is to add an updated .exe on the site, so we can install a fresh and updated version directly.

I am having the same issue! I thought it had something to do with the anti-virus so I uninstalled it. I have a video fully edited and I can't access it. I also have paid for the program. I emailed them but they never got back to me.
I uninstalled then reinstalled GoPlay but I still needed to update

I just tried 10 times now and the update download is starting but always stopping at 50.xx M / 79.19 M and then having the message "During Download update, due to Network error, failed to connect server"
It's better because without deleting the "download" directory, the downloader don't start and the message appears immediatly.

Nope. During download update, due to network error, failed to connect to server. This is terribly annoying and messing up my upload schedule.

Deleting the Download folder helped the download progress, but I still get the error as well. No matter what I do.

Help, please. Can we cancel this update, or make it optional. I need this service.

You could try this link to download the update: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1ZhbvAJP8UR2AQyoZs6i2qjGnbun2l49P
Update steps: Select 32 bit or 64 bit compatible with your Windows system, and then copy "bin" folder to ..../goplay editor folder.
Thank you.

Yes ! Finally it is working with this procedure :)
You should change the update procedure for the future, I don't know where was the problem but it is not the first time it happens to me.

Firstly, select 32 bit or 64 bit compatible with your Windows system, double click on it, and then copy "bin" folder to ..../goplay editor folder (before this, you have to find the save path of GoPlay)
