I've been using this software since 2014 when it was called Smart Pixel, I purchased a Lifetime Licence, when it moved to GoPlay for some reason I had to purchase yet another license, think it was again Lifetime, today, I find my license had expired on 10/9/2018, so again on 12/26/2018 I set up the 1 month special offer $1. Reset the thing and the expiry date now said 10/10/2018 sooooooo, paid for one year again today and now says 10/10/2019. Guys, please explain what Lifetime license means? To top it all off, my account when logged in is still asking me to GET PRO and is not showing that I am actually logged in as a Pro User. The export function is extremely slow taking well over an hour to render a 15 min video. Seems everytime you guys do an update things screw up the engine? Is this just money machine to you guys where promeses mean nothing?
