If I hadn't paid back in the day for a 5 year subscription I would've searched for a different software by now. I'm so upset there isn't even a direct way to contact you guys, since you didn't answer the mail I sent for support.
So I'm trying to contact you here as well. I signed up for a 5-year subscription (sent my license number in the mail) back in 2017 when it started changing from smartpixel to this goplay thing. Back then I never received a username or password, just activated the product and everything worked just fine. Now I installed the new version and even after signing up the button to activate codes isn't working (I suspect that even if it did the code wouldn't work)
Still waiting for a response (as mentioned, already sent the license number with the original mail that received it.)
