Pro Account error

Hi,

I am getting the following error message:

*this PRO account can not login on this device while it had already binded two other devices.

I'm not using the software on any other machine or device, is there any way to stop this occurring as it happened before and took a few weeks before I could use the pro account again. I think both times it happened after a Windows update, is it likely to happen every time there is an update?

I did email the support address but haven't received a reply yet.
