Error Error Error - no support from app

Good day,

 

I have been receiving an error message from the app saying the app is bound with 2 other computers and i cannot log in 

I have this app on 2 computers (now one since i had to restore to factory settings) 


I can no longer log into this app.

 

Please can you assist and I urgently need it for work, I work 6 days a week 12 hours a day. I need to record every second of my day.

 

I would like every single device to be removed from my account and I would like to see my account secure, the company (goplay) is the only other place who has my passwords etc, I have paid a lot of money for this app and I have had so many problems.

 

Why are there so many log in problems and update problems?

Why is the security of this app so poor?

Are there no security measures?

Is there no way for me to get an alert when another user logs in?


I have emailed support and keep getting the same message - 

"Please log out and log back in, this should resolve the issue"

I cannot even log into the app let alone log out?

Are the emails even read correctly?


Please could you help, i urgently need this app for work and i am not getting anywhere with emailing support.

Please try to log out and then log in again. This time it works. Thank you.
