I have logged into both your website and the app. I bought the 5 year plan and still have 4 years left. The website says I have pro but the app says "Non-pro user". I don't know what to do. Please help.

Hello, after you log in PRO account, there will be a crown on "Account" (like the below picture). Please ignore "Get PRO" at the top right corner.

You need to go on the start thing and click chrome and then it will say something about installing install it and you will see my website.
