For those of you that were not out to support the team on the
weekend, I just wanted to let you guys know that after are noble
fight in the two games we played on Saturday, back to back, sadly we
came away without the victories we needed to extend our season.
I am really proud of the effort we put out in both games and take
comfort that we kept fighting right down to the 159th minute of rugby
played on the day.
As you might know, we have two more rugby events to attend before we
hang up the boots for the season. Milk and Brandy is our Young Pups
vs. Old Dogs game/wind up. Please stay tuned for details on date and
times. Also the Merv Popadynec Memorial Game, to be played in Regina
on October 7th. Both promise to be a good time and an opportunity
for a little more rugby to be played with the boys.
See you guys around and thanks for the great season,
-BathMatt
