go test and tags

Hi.

I have started to learn gopherjs and found a possible issue.

I have some test code, but running

  $gopherjs test

returns: [no test files]

After a while I found the problem is with the build tag

// +build js

If I remove it, gopherjs test process my test file correctly.

I found the same problem when testing the js github.com/gopherjs/gopherjs/js package.
