Subject: Voting Rules on GOP PrinciplesWe've had several suggestions on the SRTC principles. Before we vote on this, we need an agreed set of rules to vote on the addition/subtraction of the SRTC GOP principles. So, let me offer a suggested process:1.) We need a quorum of 1/3 of the members of the town committee present to vote. The town committee are those who agreed to be on it AND are up to date on the yearly fees ($20).2.) It will take a 2/3 vote at a quorum filled meeting to add or subtract a principle. The exiting principles can be found on the web site at: www.stow-republicans.orgComments?Jack Mileski65 Conant Dr.Stow, MA 01775Tel: 1-978-897-2192
Laura,
I send regrets for the April 13th meeting—I am on the Board of the Boxborough Conservation Trust (conservation is CONSERVATIVE!) that night, at the same time. Best wishes.
