Subject: Web Site Updated/Status of Candidate Cookout
Importance: High

As most of you know, we are planning a cookout and meet the candidates for Local, State, and Federal offices (probably -sometime in October).

The web site (www.stow-republicans.org) has been updated to reflect that.

A bit of status on this event since we haven't had a meeting recently:

1.) We have a number of surrounding RTCs that will participate in this with us, When we add more flesh to the bones, we are going to go beyond the RTCs that border Stow.

2.) We are looking at holding this at the Collings Foundation (pending their approval) so we can use the fact that the tour of their vintage planes and cars will be an attraction to the "U's" (i.e. the Independents who will determine how we do in November). It is even possible we could get Mitt Romney there [but, that is a long shot].

3.) As we proceed. we are going to need a large number of volunteers. Obviously, since we proposed this, the Stow RTC has to step up here. Please let me know via Email if you are willing to do this in some form ASAP!

Regards,
