Google Voice - New Interface

Hi Google folks and fellow Google users,

I have some comments and questions about the new Google Voice web interface that has recently been introduced. 

I don't see what functionality has been added, but I am seeing certain features missing that I have always liked and used (ever since GV was Grand Central) including the following:

1. Under Legacy GV settings, I can set timings of when I want certain phones to ring. For example, calling my Google Voice number will always ring my cell phone and will ring my work number only between the hours of 7:30AM and 6PM. How is this done in the settings on the new interface?  
2. Under Legacy GV Settings, I can personalize voicemail greetings for people. This is where each caller receives a different voicemail greeting based on caller ID. (for example, my mom hears, "Hi Mom, I couldn't pick up my phone. Let me know the best time to call you back. If it's urgent, call me back again and I'll pick up." I don't see this functionality in new interface.
3. On new interface, where are instructions to set calls to use GV voicemail rather than carrier's VM? On Legacy GV, it was simple to understand because it was listed next to the area where you add a phone number. I don't see any instructions anymore on new interface.
4. Where do you set voicemail pin on new interface? It's gone on new interface.
5. Where do you choose whether to show GV number or caller's ID on incoming calls? This is not on new interface.
6. Where do I see my call billing history? This is available under legacy GV settings.
7. Groups and Circles have now been eliminated. Why?

This is not an exhaustive list of functions that have been removed, but I actually use these and am unhappy that they're not in the new interface.
