Hi there. Unfortunately Google is pretty horrible about giving any kind of support for Google Voice. They just did an update and the interface looks different, but I could not readily figure out how to use the TEXT and CALL buttons, so I was able to just click on Legacy Google Voice and get that functionality back. Maybe I overlooked it in the new interface.
But my issue is that my OBI100 will no longer work with
Google Voice. I still have Google Voice ring my
home phones as a forwarding number. I am with a company called
CallCentric.com. They give me 120 minutes of outgoing minutes for
$1.95 per month, but the only reason I
went with them is because their service includes 911 and
Caller ID with name, whereas Google Voice does not
include 911 or Caller ID with name. But to get the $1.95 outgoing
plan only, they give you a "free" New York number. You can port
your own number over, but you have to pay for one of their
INCOMING plans to do so. Their free phone number allows me to
receive unlimited calls without charge.
So, to make a long story short, I still use Google Voice, but I
have to dial into my number and enter my passcode to make calls or
have the computer dial for me. But if you go to the tutorial at
ObiTalk, you should be able to figure out your issue (hopefully).
They do have support, but I think they might require some kind of
payment for that, not sure.
Here is the link that might help you re-configure your Obi200:
