I have a google code. I have a google number or thought I did. until it got disconnected

I have a google voice number it rings but I have no idea where it goes. no one picks up.

 my notes say the number goes to an email. address but when I look under settings the number is not there.

Is there another way to retrieve the email address? I have had google send an email to the email attached to this number, but it is not coming to any email address I have. Yes, I have checked the spam on all accounts.

 

Is there a customer service number I can call?

Your description is not entirely clear. You mean you call a Google phone number from a non-Google number, you hear it ring, it never gets answered and never goes to voicemail?
