Dear Sir,

I paid $20 to port in my Verizon land line phone number into Google Voice account, however, now it's disappeared. Can you please restore it for me?
I have all of the payment history and phone call history in this account: 212-729-8627.
Note: this is the worst problem: I am relying on this number for my business.....
thank a lot!

I doubt anyone connected with Google will see your message, but I could be wrong. When did you last use your number? Did it get ported to Google Voice from Verizon okay? Can you provide  a step by step of what happened and when? Someone might be able to assist with more information. What happens when you call your phone number?

Thank you for sending this email to me. When I call that number from my cell phone, the message is: "Could not complete your call, please try again...".

thank you very much!

You need to be very specific to get anyone on the Google Voice forum to help you. Can you use 212.729.8627 at all (like on your computer with Google Voice, Hangouts, anything?)  What happens when you use your cell phone?  Can you use it and what number appears on the caller ID of the person's phone you are calling (or have you NOT linked your cell phone with Google Voice)?

Have you sent a TEXT message to 212.729.8627 to see if it goes to your Google Voice section on your computer? If that happens, you will at least know your phone number has not disappeared. You need to do specific troubleshooting to get help.

If all else fails, maybe Google "how to talk to a person at Google" or something. Hope that helps...

Hi Gerald, are you from Google voice support team? or just a forum member here? During the last several years I have been trying to contact (phone or here) Google voice support but without success, this made me very frustrated - should I continue to use google voice, or any google apps? for this so important issue, I can't reach any support...

No, I am not affiliated with Google in any way. I assume this group was set up to discuss issues with Google Voice, but I doubt many people are on here now.  There is a Facebook group for Google Voice and I just posted a question there because there does not seem to be anyone saying anything on that site.  Here it is: https://www.facebook.com/Google-Voice-176596755055/

But if you can list what your problems are, maybe I or someone can assist. We have to know exactly what is happening. Take care!

Hi Gerald, thanks for your advise! I am not able to see my ported number inside my google voice account, thus, I am not able to do anything with that number..., if I use my current phone call that number, it's just do-do-do...
since you are not affiliated with Google, thanks a lot for your comments here anyway, but, if you know where to report the issue to google voice support, I really appreciated. thank again!
