Dialing Me at the wrong number

My google voice is dialing me at a number that is NOT associated with my google voice account.  I cannot begin to understand how that is happening?  anyone?

I will add...  it is dialing me at my other cell phone.  I use google voice for work and I have it set to dial me at my business cell, but it is dialing me at my personal cell (which again is not associated with my google voice account)  Both phones are on the same plan through TMobile.  Still... baffled???

If you don't have both numbers set up as a forward on your Google Voice account, then I would think you must have it configured on your cell phone account to call both numbers somehow. Otherwise, I don't understand how this could happen.
