family-uaafp.jpgIn today’s stressful and busy world of uncompromising work schedules and relentless frustrations, more and more people are finding it difficult to cope. However, in an environment where healthy role modelling makes a difference teachers and parents have even more of a task! The British Association of Anger Management has had an increase in demand from carers and educators of children seeking to learn how best to deal with the anger and conflict they observe in their daily lives.

As a result we have developed a training day for teachers, parents and mentors that can be delivered at your school to learn how to deal with anger.

Years of experience has shown that anger does not go away until we actually deal with it constructively and creatively. We also know that anger is an excellent indicator that tells us that something is not quite right in our relationships. By avoiding dealing with these issues, we create more disharmony in our families. Facing issues and developing skills to manage them creatively will increase your self-esteem, benefit the cohesion in a family and have a positive impact on the community.

By attending a course you make the world a safer place for you and your children.

Who is this workshop for?

  • This is the perfect workshop for parents and teachers who observe anger in their children and wish to learn how to deal with it.

  • For parents and teachers who want to understand more about anger and avoid some of the pitfalls in caring and educating.

BEATING ANGER : THE BOOK (Over 50,000 copies sold)

book.jpgWe all feel angry at times. It can be an uncomfortable emotion, yet is almost a taboo subject. We get very little guidance in our culture on how to deal with it, and the guilt or violence that may accompany it. Here is the perfect book to help anyone from 16-75 years old to beat their anger - or help anyone else to do the same.

Aimed at parents, families, young adults and teachers, social and youth workers, health care professionals, managers, customer service departments, psychotherapists and counsellors - there cannot be many men or women who have not felt uncomfortable when they are angry, and wondered what to do about it.
